FAO Patients transferred from Promenade Medical Centre - We would like to extend a warm welcome from the team at Palatine Group Practice (PGP) 

Unfortunately there is an inaccuracy in the letter you have received from DHSC specifically in relation to 'Patient Access'. We are unable to sign you up for this at the moment. Your previous access from Promenade unfortunately does not transfer across. Please order any repeat prescriptions in the interim by emailing palatineprescriptions@gov.im and remember to include the pharmacy that you wish us to forward your prescription to for collection and as soon as we resume 'normal' services we will sign you up on your first visit to the Practice with Photographic ID and proof of address. documentsMrs Johnston manages all business aspects of the practice including human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals to ensure deliver of high quality patient services.

Administration

telephone_brownWorking under the supervision of the Practice Manager and Senior Receptionist we have a dedicated team of receptionists and administrators who deal with appointments, telephone calls, prescription processing, results, registration, chronic disease and other health care administration, computer data entry, referrals and many other aspects of practice administration.

They are a hardworking team who are here to help you, they may ask details about your medical condition, they are instructed to do this by the Doctors, so please try to co-operate and remember they have a busy and sometimes difficult role.
