We know that we are still struggling to meet the increased demand at the moment in terms of phone calls particularly first thing in the morning.
Each individual call when we are booking an appointment is taking considerably longer as we need to ask very specific questions in relation to the ongoing Covid pandemic allowing us to protect our vulnerable patients attending the practice.
We are in talks with GTS to purchase and install a system called ARC which allows us to 'queue' and divert and manage calls as efficiently as we can. This will give us 'real time' stats about the number of calls trying to get through at particular times of the day.
Please bear with us whilst we try to sort out these arrangements.
