Hours available up to full time. Can be x 2 part time or 1 full time applicant. Must be available between 7.45am and 6.30pm. Salary dependent upon experience
We are looking to add to our friendly team. The role will include reception duties e.g. booking patients arrivals, making appointments, dealing with enquiries, issuing prescriptions and various other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate/s will be reliable, emotionally mature, trustworthy and discreet with excellent communication and organisational skills. Basic secretarial and IT skills will be necessary and previous work experience in a healthcare environment would be advantageous as would knowledge of EMIS although training could be given to the right candidate. You must have the personality to thrive in a busy, often demanding environment.
